- You can only go to work if you are willing to do the job that the employer tells you to do.
- Do not make outside calls or give outsider’s numbers unnecessarily from the home phone without the permission of the person who gave you the job. Do not use the phone during work hours.
- They will be able to make phone calls from the house where you work to our office and your home.
- TV’s other electronic devices and phone may not operate at your discretion without the permission of the employer.
- Salary should be collected from the office on the date on which you enter the job, one month from the date of joining.
- If the job you mentioned is a Housemaid, it involves cleaning the yard, washing the dishes, cooking, keeping the kitchen and house clean, and washing the clothes.
- If you are going for patient care, give the patient the medication he or she needs at the appropriate time. Tripping, injection, bathing the patient, removing the urine and faeces if in bed, and rinsing the patient with water should be done. Clothes and bedsheets should be washed.
- No one should come and go to the house where you work unnecessarily to see you. Thus, in case of an emergency, they should not be taken inside the house or given permission to stay if they arrive untimely.
- You will be sent to work on a 3 months contract, you will have to inform the office after 3 months and then they will continue to hire you on a new contract from the office if they need your service.
- Our office will not be liable for any damages you may incur if you remain there after 3 months with the permission of the office.
- Bedrooms, cupboards etc. should not be opened without the consent of the employer.
- If there is any theft at your place of work during the time you are working or something that should not have happened, you have to prove your innocence yourself.
- Your photograph, identity card copy and copy of ration card should be given to our office when entering the job.
- If you experience any difficulties at work you should call our office and stay there until someone else is hired from the office.
- The employer will take the salary to our office and transfer it to you based on how many days you worked.
- Salary should not be demanded in advance for any reason and prior permission should be sought to go home.
- Allow the employer to inspect the bag and boxes when you return from work.
- Those who want to enter the job by availing the service of this institution have to pay Rs.500 and register their name.
- The registered applicant should obtain the receipt and ask for the registration number.
- The registration period will be three months. If the applicant fails to get the job through this institution within three months, the registration fee will not be refunded.
- Before the applicant can avail the services of this institution and enter the job, the applicant has to pay the service charge for getting the job to the institution.
- This institution will not be liable for the work of the applicant who has not paid the registration fee and service charge as mentioned above.
- The service charge will not be refunded if the applicant refuses to work or does not enter the job of his own volition.
- The service charge will not be refunded if the registered applicant enters the job without going through this institution.
- The registered applicant will be notified three times to enter the job as per the application. If you do not join the job, the registration will be canceled.
- The registered applicant must strictly abide by the terms of this institution.
- Until the home nurse or housemaid is taken for service and returned to the office, full responsibility rests with the person signing the contract and the women carrying the home nurse.
- At the time of booking, the registration fee has to be paid and a receipt has to be obtained. One registration will only be allowed for one booking. The registration fee is non-refundable.
- It is mandatory to bring women with you when it comes to transporting workers. At this time the applicant should have a mutual understanding with the employee and give an explanation about the job.
- Travel expenses for transportation to and from work should be borne by the applicant himself.
- The employee should not be mentaly or physically abused
